- BAPTISM: Also Baptized 27 May 1964.
DEATH: Some sources list her death as Ucon, Bonneville, Idaho, but as the obituary notice in the Deseret News dated January 15, 1904 stated she died in Willow Creek, and that was the place where her daughter lived, that is the place chosen by the preparers of this record. There is evidence that the name Willow Creek was later changed to Ucon.
