Deed No. 1977 Saml. Wilson & wife to Frederick Cameron}
This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of May A.D. One Thousand Eight hundred and Fifty Two. Between Samuel Wilson of the Township of Pine County of Indiana and State of Pennsylvania and Sarah his wife of the one part and Frederick Cameron of the Township of Green County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Samuel Wilson and Sarah his wife for and in consideration of the Sum of Three hundred dollars lawful money of the United States to them is thus paid by the Said Frederick Cameron at or before the ensealing or delivery hereof the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed since by these presents do grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said Frederick Cameron his heirs and assigns the following described Piece or Parcel of Land Situated in Pine Township Indiana County bounded and described as follows. Beginning at a Small Pine thence by land of John Wilson North twenty six degrees East one hundred and thirty nine perches to a post - thence by other land of Samuel Wilson North sixty four degrees West Eighty and Six Tenths perches to an ash down thence by land of Thomas Stophel South twenty Six degrees West One hundred and thirty nine perches to a White Oak now Stones - thence by land of A Campbell South Sixty four degrees East Eighty and Six Tenths perches to a Small Pine the place of Beginning. Containing Seventy Acres being the Same Piece of Land devised to the said Samuel Wilson the above named grantor by his father William Wilson in his Last Will and Testament duly proved and recorded in the Registers Office in and for the County of Cambria Reference thereunto being had will more fully and at large appear.
Together with all singular the buildings improvements woods ways waters water courses rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and The reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the Estate right title inter property claim and demand whatsoever of them the Said Samuel Wilson and Sarah his wife in law or equity or otherwise howsoever of in to or out of the same – To Have and To Hold the said described Piece or Parcel of Land hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Frederick Cameron his heirs and assigns. To and for the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said Frederick Cameron his heirs and assigns forever.
And the said Samuel Wilson and Sarah his wife for themselves and for their heirs executors and administrators doth covenant promise and agree to and with the said Frederick Cameron his heirs executors administrators and assigns by these presents that they the said Samuel Wilson & Sarah his wife and their heirs executors and administrators the said described Piece or Parcel of Land hereby granted with the appurtenances unto the said Frederick Cameron his heirs and assigns against them the said Samuel Wilson and Sarah his wife and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons Whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim any right title or interest in and to the same or any part thereof Shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said parties have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and year above written.

She the said Sarah being of full age and by me Examined separate and apart from her said husband and the full contents of said Indenture being first made known to her by me on such Separate Examination declared that she voluntarily and of her own free will and accord Signed Sealed Executed and delivered the same without any Coercion or compulsion on the part of her said husband - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 26th day of May A.D. 1832 [has to be 1852 - See first paragraph].

Note: A stroy [spelled as is] as told by June Carrol, gg-grandaughter of Utah Wilson.
Before Utah was born Samuel died in a flash flood while rounding up cattle. Utah was born in Illinois Jan 1 1859, so I believe Samuel died there but I have not been able to prove this. I think that Sarah lived with her oldest son, William, for a time but ended up living with her youngest daughte,r Utah, after she married Michael William Hoover in about 1874. They lived in Iowa for atime then moved to Oregon.
