| Jacob and Sarah Hill Strong Jacob and Sarah were married in Strongstown, Indiana County, PA where they joined the Mormon church. They moved to Nauvoo in 1840. In 1846 they emigrated west with the Mormon pioneers in the Silas Richards Company to Salt Lake. |

BAPTISM-ENDOWMENT: In the Official Temple Records contained on FHL film 1760724, the following proxy dates are listed for the Jordan River Temple: Baptism 28 Feb 1991; Endowment 25 July 1991.

ANCESTRY: In the 1850 Census, Sarah is noted as having been born in Maryland. As we research Sarah's ancestry, it should be noted that there are also apparently Hills of German , as well as English, ancestry.
